So it's the BT Tower on the horizon.

I notice there's no geocaches there. Is Primrose Hill part of the
royal park? For some reason The Royal Parks has decided not to allow
geocaches in their parks.

Yes, Primrose Hill is part of The Regent's Park, a royal Park.

Seems very reasonable. A geocache in a park is just litter.
