No , clearly unfair to judge Tubelines on their own work. Far fairer to
judge and blame someone totally unrelated. I know, lets just blame it on the
boogie!

maintaining and upgrading the Northern and Piccadilly lines, faces a
£10 million penalty for each month it works into next year.
Hopefully they'll follow in the footsteps of Metromess and go bust.
