Unfortunately that's the case with much audio-visual material on the
BBC website - AIUI, copyright isn't cleared for use outside the UK.
Copyright *might not* be cleared outside the UK, so just in case they
ban it all. And of course it's also nothing to do with keeping the
bandwidth source/sinks inside the UK.
