Now that the extended Circle Line has bedded in, have signs at
Paddington main line station changed? In particular, is it made clear to
passengers that those wanting King's Cross or Liverpool Street should go
to platforms 15 & 16 while those wanting Victoria should head for the
Lawn entrance?

I am not sure it is always the best advice to go to platforms 15 &
16. *If you are elderly or have heavy luggage you will have to go up
and down the stairs. *If you go to the lawn entrance and take the
circle line terminating at Edgware Road then you will have a cross
platform change.

That's true, if you can identify that the Edgware Road train arriving at
Paddington is a Circle and not a District. *Do both the platform
indicators and the front of the train tell you that it's a Circle line
train?

Yes circle line have Circle Line to Edgware Road on the front.
Platform describer has same. District line just have Edgware Road on
the front of the train and Platform describer has District Line to
Edgware Road.
