And if you look at it the accompanying picture is of a London Tube
train on what may be, by the colour of the old tiling, on the
Bakerloo line.

I think it's actually a Jubilee Line train.

It's either 95 or 96 stock, but I don't remember any Jubilee stations
with the rings of coloured tiles over the top of the tunnel, so I think
it must be a Northern Line station.
