You have them swapped round AFAICS. Bull and Bush is under Hampstead Heath,
but was never completed. City Rd was a Northern Line Bank Branch station,
it was closed during the 1920s modifications to enlarge the tunnels,
apparently as low usage didn't justify its retention.
