Potters Bar crash caused by points failure
A points failure caused the Potters Bar train crash which killed seven
people, an inquest jury has decided.
It said the points were in an unsafe condition and there had been
failures to either inspect or maintain them.
Seven people were killed on 10 May 2002 when a train hit faulty points
south of Potters Bar station in Hertfordshire.
