So you said "I've had 100 quid taken out of my account by company xyz which
they shouldn't have done, could i have it back please?" and your bank said
"oh yes sir, no problem, there you go" ?
I believe it took about a week between me first contacting them and the
money showing up.
Please tell me who this bank is because in my experience the onus is on you
to sort it out with the company doing the DD first.
