Addiscombe - Elemers End and Wimbledon - West Croydon both had formal
closure procedings and AFAIK Manchester Bury did as well.

It seems they can use an SI to exempt themselves from the requirements of
the 2005 Act's procedures, and they explain it all so I won't try and
