I know the Jubilee Line passes beneath Park Square, but surely only the
Bakerloo and Victoria Lines go near enough Broadcasting House to
vibrate it?

Baker St to Bond St goes nowhere near Portland Square. I suspect a
sub-editor has got his lines crossed.
