Obviously, Paul Corfield puts more information in, but I think the simple
answer is that it's not far away, and when you're least expecting it,
there'll be announcement saying that it will be opening "tomorrow" or
some such.
Didn't it run to Lewisham in passenger service before the "official"
start date?
