I'd check the Olympic timetable: there are few popular events that start
before 10am in the Olympic Park and many of the really popular ones
(like the final of the men's 100m and the opening and closing
ceremonies) are in the evening.
I suspect it may all be less troublesome than you fear, but it's great
to see people planning ahead.
