I don't think its a running tunnel , it doesn't look big enough, but then
its hard to tell just looking out the window into the dark.

The bit you can see is a blocked up tube tunnel where the original line
was diverted. There is also one on the west/southbound but not quite as
obvious (well, to the driver anyway).

Others will be along to be able to say exactly which old line it was.
