I don't think so, because the ELL extension does not actually cover
the whole stretch of track - there would still be a short stretch
without passenger services, between Longhedge Jn and Latchmere Jn No
1. The new service will use an independent pair of tracks west of
Longhedge Jn, unfortunately there are four tracks, and the parly
service uses the other pair...
Though there will now be a service from Wandsworth Road to Clapham Junction,
hence my thought.
