I'm surprised - and irritated - that a building like that and
so much land not far from Heathrow can remain idle and

It's 60 miles from Heathrow. Plenty of housing at Basingstoke (which is
in the exact same direction but only 20 miles from Heathrow).

cough only 40 miles from Heathrow.
