The barrier free access of which I speak was from the Moorgate-FP
shuttle which IIRC ran into the ground level platforms?

So in theory it's still there, but it's no longer a tube line


Of course! Yes, there is still barrier-free access between deep-level
platforms at Highbury & Islington.
