With the bendibus on the 149 starting on Saturday, a number of ticket
machines have appeared on the route. Somewhat to my surprise, of the seven
machines between Edmonton Green and the boundary of Lower Edmonton only four
are at bus stops. The other three are between 30 and 100 yards away from
the nearest stop.

Is it normal to have ticket machines in the middle of nowhere or does this
perhaps indicate that there will be new bus stops springing up to join them?
One is in a place where a stop could usefully be located but the other two
would be a bit iffy.
