That was the point that David Cantrell was making.
In response to someone from out of town (Mr. Rosensteil, I think)
saying that he used them instead of stations for some bizarre reason.

In the days when I was claiming expenses for Oyster use the main advantage
of ticket stops, apart from lack of queues, was that I could top up the
amount I wanted, not some fixed minimum or the limit of my change.
