Wrong again, what JC actually wrote was this: "Some women have raised
with me that a solution to the rise in assault and harassment on public

People who try to throw **** find that they end up a good deal dirtier
than their targets.

A more useful idea would be sober only carriages, perhaps some boffins
can invent a breathalyser activated door.

Current legislation will never let it fly.
