North South divide.

of the Metropolis is primarily the City of
Decatur in the County of DeKalb. ( DeKalb County does have other
municipalities, and unincorporated areas).
But the City of Atlanta is separately governed, and has for example its
own sales tax which differs from other parts of Fulton/DeKalb.
