That may yet happen. It is not hard to see a future were the Met Line
runs to Watford and Chiltern take over the service to Amersham and
Chesham.
Which will soon be to Milton Keynes of course.
Probably not 'soon' by any normal definition. Also, I'm not sure if the
infrequent trains that go to Bletchley will be the ones that go via the
Amersham route.
