Not on the LT system, but I've certainly seen a plaque when driving

Is that one which has distances to the major cities of the Empire?

Yes, that's the one.

There are probably dozens of markers up and down the country. I saw a
milepost-style meridian plaque in East Grinstead the other day, and at
the other end there is one near Ottringham in East Yorkshire. There is
a marker in Cleethropes, and I believe Louth. Someone, somewhere has
probably got a website listing them all. Some OS maps have a big line
to mark the meridian - I knew someone who won a competition and got as
a prize the complete set of Peacehaven - Tunstall maps.

Thanks - that answers a question for me, I had been wondering which
hemisphere my daughter, who lives in York, was in!
