Default Oyster Prepay on buses

Pre-pay will not be valid on the following cross boundary / commercial
routes - Arriva 8, 218, 310, 311, 350, 351, 402, 409, 471, 477, 500,
514, 515, 614, 750, 751, 805.

Is it valid on the 84 all the way to St. Albans?
Travelcards are only valid to Potters Bar.
