Maybe with a south London transport boss, and a south London mayor,
we'll start to get the same quality of service as the Northerners get.

That's an interesting point: both the previous mayors lived in north
London, and Ken was also a north London MP. However Ken did come from
Lambeth and once represented Norwood on the GLC.
