So your fellow passengers suffer because of shortcomings you attribute

encourage LUL to improve the service?

I hope someone gives you the kicking you deserve next time you push
through people...

Simple basics of pyschology show that if you treat people like dogs

This faceless "you" you speak of: it's not the fellow passengers
treating people like dogs, so why should they suffer?

they will act like dogs. If your train is usually late, usually dirty
and usually uncomfortable then when something goes wrong out of LU's
control instead of rembering the times it did turn up on time you
remember the times it didn't and take your anger out on the people
with probably the least control over factors affecting the running of
the trains.

Again, all about LUL. So why treat fellow passegers this way?

Or is this just an attempt to justify the actions of ill mannered
oiks?

Cheers,

Jason.
