According to tfl.gov.uk, nothing is closed in the area but there are
double deckers labelled rail replacement going down Cable Street every 5
mins or so!

District and H&C both suspended in the area with rail replacement buses
in service, e.g. as listed at
https://tfl.gov.uk/tube-dlr-overgrou...e-lul-district

Where does that say Shadwell, or Cable Street in particular? District
and H&C should be Whitechapel Road at the closest - ie three quarters of
a mile away!
