I really can't believe that the residents of Hayes wouldn't prefer an
every 5 minute service to a choice of central London destinations
instead of a 15 minute service to a main line station where they have to
change, just because they lose the possibility of through services to
Cannon Street.

and not to mention the possibility for a 24 hour service




Presumably that comes under the heading of proposed extensions.
