I'm a little baffled by the kink at Reigate Avenue. It looks like they are
destroying a recreation ground for no reason.

the alternative is going to be a very expensive high level bridge across the
Rose Hill roundabout, as ground level transit is likely to make the, already
very busy, roundabout impossible to navigate.
