Nobody knows. Where and when you are alloawed to walk when on a
Permitted Route is one of the great unanswered questions.


Sort of.

However, Catford Bridge to Catford is sort of shown on one of the maps,
and I think it would be accepted as part of a "shortest route" if it
made the route significantly shorter.
