I live in a standard victorian terrace in a street with permit street
parking in London. I would have just enough room to park a little
electric car such as a Gwiz in front of my house so that I could
charge it at night. How and to whom do I need to apply to seek
permission to lower the curb and create a space? What are my chances
of succeeding?
