Why? It's exercise... like ice-skating, but a lot more physically demanding
and with more varied scenery.

Anyway, respect to the guy - to beat it is something, but to beat it by 43
minutes! Wow.

I don't know when the last record was set but perhaps the epping-ongar section
was still open then?
