whereby they'll work out the difference between what you paid for and
what you now need to pay (or get refunded) for the alternative ticket,

What do they do about the charter refund? WAGN told me the only way you are
entitled to the charter discount is if the ticket is identical. I was
thinking of cutting back R3456 as I don't ever use the travelcard in these
zones as I work in Z2. It's about £370 a year for no good reason (or £170 if
I don't get the discount).
