Yes, it is. They give their months notice and leave (They could leave right
now, but that'd be a breach of contract and they would forfit a decent
reference for sure).

But do they? No! Of course they dont. Instead they get a few millitants to
brainwash members and bully those that want to work (and those that arent
members of the mob)
