There's plenty of this at Tube stations now. I picked up two leaflets,
one about capping itself and another about Oyster in general. One point
of interest was that in reference to fares between stations in zones
2-6, "some journeys have been defined as requiring travel via Zone 1 and
will be charged and capped accordingly, irrespective of the actual route
taken".
I wonder what journeys those are? Presumably ones where you have a
choice of Zone 1 or non-Zone 1 routes, but the Zone 1 route makes a lot
more sense time-wise than the other, e.g. Hammersmith to Finchley Road.
