No idea but it has been raised with Merton Council as they are liasing with
Network Rail. Considering they have been knocked around the first week they
put it.

I notice that West Barnes Lane has had new traffic lights installed by
the level crossing since around 2003/2004 but they still have not been
used, does anyone know why this is?
