That's the crux of it, i think. A recent thread (on urc, i think)
established that for national rail trains, the rules say 'cycles', and
cover trikes; those rules presumably also cover unis, even if that's
inappropriate. I would have thought LU's rules would be the same, but i
thought i'd check.
I know, i'll email TfL.
Interestingly, the TfL website doesn't mention the Picadilly Line. Is
that covered under "access by escalator" phrase? It's annoying that
they say that you can get a map showing the parts of the system that
you can use with a bicycle, but it doesn't seem to be available
online. I'll have to see if I can find one.
