Default Parking for L8

Any suggestions for park and ride for L8, coming in from Midlands
on M40 or M1 as necessary?

Luton Airport Parkway, just off junction 10 of the M1 - ample parking,
will get you to King's Cross or St Pancras in about 30 minutes and then
you can get the Piccadilly line straight to the park in about another 20
minutes. Trains run late back from King's Cross to LAP.

You could drive further in and get to Stanmore, a few minutes from J4 of
the M1 - a fair amount of parking and you can get the Jubilee line
direct to Bond St or Green Park in about 35 minutes. That would be
cheaper than Luton.

From the M40 you have Warwick Parkway right up the top end, where you
can get to Marylebone in 90 mins, and Marylebone is only 15-20 mins walk
from the park. Similarly, Haddenham & Thame Parkway is about 10 min
drive from J8 of the M40 and will get you in to Marylebone in about 45 mins.

Nearer to London, you have Hillingdon which is literally on top of the
A40, just a mile or two past the end of the motorway, and will get you
to the park via the Piccadilly line in about 45 mins.

Out of those four, I'd probably plump for Luton since it's extremely
easy to get to and has a fast train service without any faffing around
near London; otherwise I'd go for Stanmore because it's cheaper and
still has a relatively quick Tube service to near to the park.

Enjoy!
