Default ICE - In Case of Emergency

As mentioned by a mate of mine, he wouldn't want medics calling Mum or Dad.
Dad being dead and Mum being a dribbling mess. But he does have people who
can be called.

The two are two other options. Firstly, you could add an extra didgit to the
end of the number. Not sure this is 100%, but could be a good way round it.

Secondly, you could just add instructions. I've taken this route. I've saved
a fake number e.g. 12345 and save it as 'ICE - call any smith' .. Smith
being the name of the person you want called.

Job done.

Or get the manufacturers/networks to agree on a standard short code, be
able to define a number in the address book as the SOS/ICE number and
have all new handsets adopt it - e.g. dial 119 to connect to the
specified SOS number.
