A) Revenue checks on artics show higher fare evaision than network
average. Well worth noting that overall fraud is well down pre-Jan
2000 due to the very simple farescale in London - most fraud before
2000 was due to overriding on cash fares.

B) Under 16s have a phtocard to claim free travel. If they misbehave
it will be withdrawn.

C) Your references to '3rd world' and 'indigenous low-life' shows
you're a ****. I do hope you don't work in London's transport
industry.
