I resisted the temptation to pick it up and have a read. What kind of
information might I have found in it, should I have bothered?
It's a list of changes to normal services, traction current disharge times
and other such minutia necessary to some of the people working the railway.
Totally boring most of the time.
Clearly not meant to be on the floor of a train though....
