Please explain how using somebody elses Oyster card, unless it is a
travel card, is stealing. If I lent my prepay to my partner to use then
the prepay is used up just the same as if I had used it.
Surely prepay is just like cash.

The previous poster was talking about a bus pass charged to an Oyster
Card which, unlike prepay, is non-transferable.
