As I suspected..... The lovely Evening Standard reports in its editorial
that the people who will pay will be the public. There will be no penalties
over the re-design of the trip cock system....

Oh dear, the mainline problems reach the Tube.
The privatisation, knowing what has happened on the mainline, was as
scandalous as it was unnecessary. It's a pity Ken didn't hold out
longer against the Government's blatent blackmail over the issue.
