What has happened at Clapham today. Loads of people phoned in to say
that they can't get a train into Waterloo. There is very little running
through Vauxhall. I gather every thing into Victoria is cancelled.

I've just been through (approx. 0945) to Victoria with no obvious bother. As
we pulled into platform 12 (?) I noticed that sections of the adjacent
platform (down slow from Waterloo) had been taped off.
