I have a Network Card, yes. But the only time it is ever worth me
getting a Travelcard from my home-town is between 8 and 10 on a
weekday *and* I intend to make more than a couple of journeys in the
capital. Otherwise SET PriceBuster + Oystercard is cheapest for me.

It's not like that in WAGN-land. Must be a benefit of a nationalised
railway.
