what is the lower disatance limit for Network AwayBreaks then?

In general, about 50 miles. Having said that, Southern and South West
Trains, Chiltern and WAGN no longer offer Network Awaybreaks, with their
period returns being Savers.

When did South West TRains discontinue them? I had one at the end of
December.

Depends on the destination I think.

I have been denied them to/from STN since October I think,
I can still buy them to/from LGW.
