Many of the questions here presuppose that one owns a car, or that one
drives at all. It might help if you were to list these prerequisites

Indeed. I don't live in London and I don't own a car. I would like to
help you out, but I suspect I am not your target population.

give a helpful answer to Question 5 "Do you use your car by yourself or
share it with another person?" Yes/No
The questionnaire seems very slanted to me a the author needs to do more
homework about setting questionnaires first...

It's a terrible questionnaire, but surely it's obvious from the start
(though not from the original posting) he's soliciting answers from people
who do drive in London, not conduction a survey on attitudes towards driving
in London?
