Power was cut off in different parts of Soho for four hours at a time."

I presume this 'second day' of power cuts is a follow up to last
saturday's problems.
It must be a follow-up to yesterday (Thursday)'s power cuts, affecting
much of London.
I found it amusing that Oxford Circus closing was part of the headline.
Oxford Circus station closes several times a day every single day,
leaving people spilling out into the street in front of the traffic,
whatever the weather.
You can't rely on travelling from there in the evening rush hour till
about 1930.
