Just to expand on this, the equivalent wording (also from Section L) for
the use of LU/DLR tickets on the NLL is:

LU/DLR tickets valid in Zones 1, 2, 3 and 4 are also valid on National
Rail services between Richmond and North Woolwich (via North London Line).

Which really confuses matters, given the NLL doesn't enter Zone 1!
