Reply to the email and say you would prefer it credited to your card and
specify a station you will pass through in the next week. For some reason
they do not suggest this, but if you ask they will.

Thanks for the suggestion. Unfortunately the only one I know I'm passing
through in the next week is on Sunday and I think it is a bit late to sort
that out now. I wonder if they can do the same thing with tram stops now,
not that I can guarantee I'm using a particular one in the next week. Still
no doubt at some stage I'll pass near a ticket office when I have time on my
hands.
