Default All Thames Crossings

I've just edited that to show Hampton Ferry, between Hampton Court and
Walton bridges, which has existed since 1519. Are ther any other
ferries that still exist on the Thames?

Hammerton's Ferry, from Marble Hill Park, Twickenham, to Ham House was
still running last time I looked. Daily between February and October,
and weekends only in November, December and January.

Also, the Woolwich Free Ferry (although that is already in the Wiki
article).
